Ella is 2 months old

It is so hard to believe that Ella is 2 months old. It is amazing how fast time passes. Even more amazing is how much she has changed in the last 2 months. Her smile lights up the room. At about 6 weeks Ella started giving some social smiles. Now at 9 weeks, she is smiling, giggling, and cuing. She is taking in the world around her. Ella enjoys music, her play-mat, being held by mommy and Aba and sleeping on our chest. Ella has a lot of friends around her age. We are are already busy taking her to play-dates and birthday parties. Right now, the play dates are more for Mommy and Aba.

At Ella's appointment on 6-9 she weighed 9.4 pounds and was 21in. She is very petite but healthy. At this appointment Ella had her first series of shots. She had 2 shots in each leg and an oral. She screamed a bit after receiving the shots but quickly calmed down when mommy picked her up.

Suzanne returned to work 2 weeks ago. She is working 25 hours until July 6. It is a very hard transition for her. She misses Ella very much during the day and cannot wait to get home and hold her. Currently, Oren is on paternity leave. He is off for a total of 2 weeks and will be returning next Wednesday. Oren is fantastic with Ella. He is teaching her Hebrew. Oren is enjoying his time home with Ella but also realizes how much work it is! Choomy is also enjoying his extra time with his parents in between his naps!

Oren and I recently started taking i phone and camera videos. We will start posting them even though some are fairly old.
